After breakfast we offer you the chance to join the group for a full day excursion to Ronda. It is perched on an inland plateau and Malaga’s most spectacular town. It is set in and around a deep gorge spanned by an impressive bridge, all the time whilst retaining a remarkably pretty town characteristic with beautiful architecture from the Islamic period up to the 19th century, romantic winding streets with white-washed houses, some interesting museums, and lots of good places to eat and drink. Such location is the ideal place for Easter Sunday’s Mass and the Resurrection Procession. Return to your hotel in time for dinner (optional) and overnight.

After breakfast enjoy your last day of this impressive holiday with a short excursion to Mijas. Originally a humble village, it is now the richest town in the province. Since finding favour with discerning bohemian artists and writers in the 1960’s, Mijas has sprawled across the surrounding hills and down to the coast, yet managed to retain the picturesque charm of the original pueblo (village). Perched in the mountains above the coast, this village is a cluster of whitewashed buildings nestled into the mountainside. Mijas offers a glimpse of village life with its narrow cobblestoned streets and whitewashed buildings. Later head back to the hotel for a relaxed afternoon.
