Agents enjoy a FAM trip on board Costa Mediterranea

One of Europe’s leading cruise company, Costa Crociere just started to welcome back Maltese guests on one of its vessels namely, Costa Mediteranea operating cruises from the port of Valletta during February and March. The Costa Fascinosa will resume their weekly cruise from Malta in April and run weekly until May and continue during September, October and November. Both cruises will sail out of Malta offering travellers the opportunity to embark and disembark in Malta.

A number of our staff had the opportunity to visit and enjoy what the Costa Mediterranea cruise ship had to offer during the month of January as part of the ongoing training to staff. The Costa Mediterranea, has a lot to offer to different type of travellers, although Costa are known for the ‘Italian Style’ of cruises, surely the theme parties, passenger mix, the different languages spoken, the ongoing entertainment and the ecstatic staff will surely make you feel at home. Gastronomy lovers can get lost either in the two storey Ristorante degli Argenteri, or Perla del Lago Buffet or Club Medusa. Even if one is craving pizza at midnight after an evening dancing at the Selva Disco, Posillipo Pizzeria on Deck 9 will have an Italian- style pizza ready just for you. Our staff had the opportunity to choose from the variety of shore excursions that the ship had to offer and furthermore, after a day strolling around off shore one can’t also miss having a drink ( or two) at the fourteen different themed bars and lounges that the ship has to offer.

On a Costa cruise, kids are not left behind, since they have their own free children’s program – the Squok Club and teens have their own hangout area where they compete in Ping-Pong, foosball and air-hockey.
Cruising on a Costa Crociere Ship is a great way to travel, it has an effortless appeal that will leave you wish for your return to the ship at the end of the day.
