Meet the tour leader at Malta international Airport at 04:15 hrs for check in on your Lufthansa flight to Bremen via Frankfurt departing at 06:25 hrs. On arrival in Frankfurt you will remain in transit for your next flight to Bremen departing at 12:50 hrs. Once in Bremen, a private coach will transfer you to Bremerhaven port for check-in formalities to board the Mein Schiff 5. Once on board and cabin assignment, you are free to explore the facilities and décor of this magnificent floating resort. Get ready for the usual safety drill on board. Ship will set sail at 19:00 hrs.

For simple pleasures, why not try a game of table tennis? Or if you’re feeling energetic, now’s the chance to explore all the amazing activities the ship has to offer.
Your first port of call shall be Alesund, one of Norway’s most picturesque and charming fishing ports. Today’s tour takes you to the Saga Islands of Giske and Godoy, connected to Alesund and the mainland by bridges and one of the longest sub-sea tunnel connections in the world. For those who wish, you can visit the Roman marble church, Giske Chapel, dating back to 1135 (entrance extra). It was once the influent Giske family chapel. To give you an insight into the multitude of life beneath the waves, you have the option to visit the Atlantic Sea Park (entrance extra), one of the largest aquariums in Northern Europe and the largest in Scandinavia. On the way back to the ship, you will visit the Mount Aksla view point.
See jaw-dropping views of the Norwegian fjords welcome you to Geiranger. After breakfast, another exciting optional half day excursion awaits you. Experience Geiranger’s fjords and the natural surroundings on a comfortable coach ride to Flydal Gorge, the Norwegian Fjord Center and the Mount Dalsnibba overlook. You’ll see mountains, waterfalls and glaciers as your coach negotiates thrilling turns, passing Lake Djupvatn and Geiranger Church. Your first stop is the iconic Flydal Gorge, where you’ll have a unique perspective of your ship moored in the fjord below. Then, journey to Mount Dalsnibba. From the 4920-foot overlook, on clear days visitors can see the mountains, valleys and even the Geirangerfjord far below. Pause to enjoy the spectacular scenery and take a photo of the incredible view.
Witness the towering mountains and sparkling glaciers surrounding Lake Stryn. Your scenic tour begins in the charming village of Olden. Ride along the shore towards Stryn and wind through 19 hairpin bends. You will reach the summit to view massive mountains and the magnificent flora and fauna covering the valley floor. As you travel down the summit, you will stop for a sip of coffee and delicious Norwegian pastry (included).
Bergen, the second largest city of Norway. Explore the city on foot, the unique UNESCO medieval settlement, wander around the narrow cobblestone streets and learn about the area’s unique architecture and culture. Visit the Bryggen Wharf, definitely one of the highlights of Bergen, then hop on board a funicular (included) to enjoy panoramic views over Mount Floyen. Continue and visit the Hanseatic Museum at Bryggen Wharf (entrance extra) that gives an authentic picture of the working life of the German merchants and the apprentices, before returning back to the ship.
Be humbled by the awe-inspiring views of the Lysefjord, as you join the organised excursion. You head to the port where a private boat will be waiting to take you on a three-hour journey around the Stavanger archipelago. As you enter the splendid Lysefjord, you will see one of the most spectacular sights in Norway - Prekestolen or the Preacher’s Pulpit, which stands 460 meters above sea level. As you return to Stavanger you will be amazed by the spectacular natural wonders and scenery.
Enjoy your last day aboard. Don’t miss out to shop for variety name-branded items and some last minute duty-free shopping. You will be instructed to leave your luggage outside your stateroom by midnight, as bags will be transported ashore by the ship’s personnel early next morning.
Ship docks in Bremerhaven at 05:30 hrs. Enjoy your last breakfast on board as your cruise holiday comes to an end. Once ashore a coach will be in attendance for your transfer to Bremen Airport for check in on Lufthansa flight to Malta via Frankfurt scheduled to depart at 11:00 hrs. Expected time of arrival in Malta will be at 16:15 hrs.
