Meet tour leader at Malta International Airport to check in for your international flight to Tokyo, with transit.

Upon arrival in Tokyo, you shall be transferred to your hotel for room allocation. After room check-in, we suggest that you join the tour leader for a familiarization walk around the area and overnight.

Japan – The land of the Rising Sun. Make the most of your morning in Tokyo and be back at the hotel at midday for the transfer to the cruise terminal in Yokohama. Check in formalities, followed by embarkation on the beautiful Celebrity Millennium

Beauty comes in many forms. Join our optional half-day tour to discover Mt Fuji. You will visit a shogun-built ancient shrine, majestic waterfall, and stunning seaside pine grove whose vistas have stirred poets and artists for centuries. Learn about the gentle female deity behind Hongu Sengen Taisha, built in 806 AD. Then meet the magnificent Shirato Waterfall. Watch water cascading some 65feet like threads of silk. End with equally stunning Miho Matsubara, the ancient pine grove famous for its mountain vistas, and gnarled trees.

Kobe is the city on the north shore of Osaka Bay in central Japan. Explore the outskirts of Kobe and visit Mount Rokko, during our optional half day excursion, the centrepiece of popular sightseeing and hiking. Reach the summit via a funicular, then admire stunning views of Osaka Bay and the distant Awaji Island. Departing Mt. Rokko, you’ll take a scenic drive to the Sake Brewery Museum for an inside exploration. Taste sake in the region that’s home to some of the most famous brands of sake in Japan.

Early in the morning you will arrive in Osaka. Today we will not be organising our own excursion in order to leave you the liberty to decide on what you wish to explore yourself. You can choose one of the ship’s organised excursion or wander on your own to discover the city of Osaka, or else nearby Kyoto, the former capital city of Japan and still one of Japan’s most icon destinations.

On your first sea day, you will have the opportunity to discover and make use of the varied facilities on board. Join the aerobics class with qualified instructors or simply relax by the pool. A cruise on Celebrity is all about service and being pampered like a real celebrity!

Join our optional excursion to discover the fine art of porcelain making in the quiet town of Arita, the porcelain manufacturing capital of Japan. Experience the charming ambiance of this quiet town nestled among the mountains and verdant forests of the countryside. Here, you’ll visit a porcelain kiln where you’ll learn about the fine art of porcelain-making. Then, you’ll journey to the Peace Memorial Park which is dedicated to the legacy of the atomic bomb blast. Pause before the memorial fountain and the 30-foot-high Statue of Peace.

The ship’s animators will be organizing varied activities during your day at sea, by the pool deck and other locations across the ship. Every evening the sea sparkles with dazzling entertainment. Designed to indulge your individual preferences, Celebrity entertainment choices range from Broadway-style productions, captivating shows and lively discotheques to the glamour and excitement of Monte Carlo-style casinos.

Located at the mouth of the Yangtze River, this seaport is a vigorous modern metropolis with proud Chinese heritage and diverse influences including French, British and Russian. Explore the ‘Paris of the Easts’ most popular landmarks, by joining our optional excursion of Shanghai. Your adventure begins with a scenic drive past the Bund, once the financial hub of colonial Shanghai. Visit Jin Mao Tower, which is the second tallest building in China. Cross the Nanpu Bridge and pass from the French Concession to Peoples Square, where you can take a short stroll or watch local life.

Enjoy on your own or by joining one of the ship’s organised excursions, your second day in Baoshan. Shanghai is just about 40 minutes away, few cities in the world evoke so much history, excess, glamour, mystique and exotic promise in name alone.

Today shall be another day at sea and so another day to relax and unwind! Sun worshipers may lay down on a sun-bed or deck chair by the pool lapping in the sun. And what about pleasing your taste buds! Dining is about more than just food. Think ambiance, variety and the flexibility to decide when and what you savour.

Explore Naha City during our optional half day excursion. Discover its past and present by exploring its historic castle and delightful shopping and dining district. At Shurijo Castle, marvel at its stone walls and gates leading to Seiden, or ‘Main Hall.’ Continue to Kokusai Street, Naha’s ‘International Street’ of hotels, shops and restaurants. Visit Makishi Public Market, Naha’s ‘kitchen’ for a real taste of the city.

Join our optional excursion, which begins with a drive into the heart of cosmopolitan Taipei for a visit to its shining architectural achievement. Taipei 101 was completed in 2004 and remains one of the world’s tallest buildings. See for yourself as you board the world’s fastest elevator and zoom to the 89th floor in just 37 seconds. Step onto the Observatory Deck to find 360 views of bustling Taipei as far as the eye can see. Visit the Lungshan Temple, built nearly three centuries ago and dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy. Go from sleek to spiritual on this unique excursion in Taipei.

Cruising in style, while relaxing at sea. Live modern luxury, experience the many culinary spots available on board, pamper yourself at the spa or just get lost in an intriguing story from one of the books you can borrow from the library.

During our optional half day excursion, discover kau cim, an ancient Chinese fortune-telling practice, on this exploration of Kowloon’s religious sites. Built in the Tang style, Wong Sai Sin temple’s red pillars and golden latticework roof are a familiar Hong Kong sight, popular with locals and tourists alike. You’ll also stop at Chi Lin Buddhist nunnery. Built in the 1930's without the use of metal fasteners, the intricate structure relies instead on interlocking wooden brackets and dowels. Finally, visit Kowloon Walled City Park, a former military stronghold that has been re-imagined as a Jiangnan-style garden.

Tour some of Hong Kong’s most famous attractions before flying home. Your coach will start with a ride to Victoria Peak where the views are mesmerizing and inspirational. Then you will head to Stanley Market for some last-minute shopping on de signer goods and clothing. Afterwards, visit the fishing village of Aberdeen and watch sampans glide pass multimillion-dollar yachts. The tour concludes at Hong Kong International Airport, where you will check in for y our return flight to Malta with transit, arriving the next day
